The bottom half of a gourd makes a wonderful natural bowl when cleaned and lined.  I dye or paint my gourd bowls and then line them with a matching paper.  These bowls are suitable for dry items only, such as wrapped candy, pinecones, potpourri, guest soaps, etc.  Many of the bowls below have been sold but a similar one can be made upon request.
